Gameplay :
The game has 3 main cities, Havana, Kingston and Nassau which is located at the Bahamas. All of these cities are under British and Spanish pirate control as many pirates and outlaws come to the cities every day. As for the map, there are 50 unique and interesting location for you to explore and complete tasks on. 60% of the game exploration is made on land and 40% in the sea.
Assassin's Creed IV will have a more open world feel as you will be able to switch locations very fast and without having to wait long time for the game to save as it will do it automatically. There are a lot fewer restrictions as the player can do almost anything and can control every situation without glitches etc. This is what a RPG should feel like and Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag is making it happen!The player will find forts, jungles, villages and a lot more interesting places to explore. Also it will be possible to swim long distances and hunt both on land and in sea for fish. This is a major advantage as the player will always have something to do and will be able to get resources from almost everywhere.
Jackdaw will be the name of the player's ship and this is another exciting fact as he will have men to help him in difficult situations and the crew will also be able to fight on occasions (as all pirates of course)
